Because stock pouches do not require custom printing setups, the MOQs are significantly lower. While custom printing often requires 10,000+ units, stock pouches can typically be ordered in much smaller carton quantities (e.g., 500 or 1,000 units depending on the size). Yes. Our stock pouches—especially the matte poly and natural kraft options—are specifically chosen for their excellent label adhesion. Applying high-quality roll labels is the most common and cost-effective way our clients brand these pouches.
Absolutely. We stock premium stand-up and flat-bottom pouches that come with one-way degassing valves already installed, making them instantly ready for freshly roasted whole bean or ground coffee.
Since the manufacturing is already complete, stock pouches can typically be dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
Once a pouch is fully manufactured into its 3D shape (with zippers and gussets), it cannot be run through standard high-speed flexible printing presses. If you want seamless, edge-to-edge printing directly on the film, you will need to upgrade to our Custom Pouches service.
